Who we are
What is PC Analytics?
An acquisition analytics platform for operators buying practice-based healthcare businesses. We source what is on the market in your specialty and geography, score every target against your buy box with one standard, and support the diligence on the ones you pursue. PC Analytics is a Prince Capital company.
Who is behind it?
Prince Capital, a builder, operator, and allocator in private equity. The criteria and the diligence are set and reviewed by people who buy and run these businesses themselves, not by a dashboard alone.
Are you a broker, a lender, or an advisor?
None of the three. We do not represent sellers, we do not lend, and we do not give investment advice. We give you an evidence-backed read on every target so your own decision is faster and better defended.
The engine
Where do the targets come from?
From live listings across the brokerages and marketplaces that serve your specialty and geography, read on a weekly cadence, plus any deal you bring us. Every listing carries a first-seen date, so a target that sits for 90 days or quietly vanishes becomes a signal you can see.
What is a buy box, and who sets it?
Your acquisition criteria, written down: priority markets, the cash-flow floor, the factors you weight, and the hard excludes that take a deal off the board regardless of score. We set it with you at onboarding and you can adjust it in your room at any time. The pipeline re-scores on the next run.
How is the fit score calculated?
Each criterion in your buy box is scored against its threshold and weighted. The result is a single fit score out of your box's maximum, with a plain-language explanation of every factor. Hard excludes override the score entirely. The same math runs on every target, so two deals are always comparable.
What does "sourced or UNKNOWN" mean?
Every figure on every target is one of three things: sourced, with a link to where it was published; a labeled estimate, with its basis stated; or UNKNOWN, because the listing does not publish it. A criterion earns no credit on an unknown. We never blend a guess into a published number.
Is this automated, or are there people behind it?
Both, deliberately. The engine applies your criteria identically. Our team sets those criteria with you, reviews what surfaces, and prepares the diligence packages. You will never receive a verdict nobody has read.
How is this different from a listing aggregator?
An aggregator shows you everything. We show you what fits, ranked, with the reason it fits and the reason it might not, benchmarked against the rest of the market that quarter. Curation, scoring, and the why-fit explanation are the product.
Diligence
What is in a diligence package?
A report-card readout on the target that goes past the P&L scrub: operations, team and key-person exposure, facility and real estate, the add-back bridge re-derived, the value-creation levers sized, the red flags to underwrite, and the questions to put to the seller. Then a review call to walk it together.
Who runs the diligence?
You do, with us alongside. You direct the process with the seller, your counsel, and your accountant. We deliver the analysis and the call. That keeps the decision, and the control, where it belongs.
What does it cost?
Pricing is shared in the access conversation, once we understand your criteria and the volume of work. There is no success fee on a closed deal.
Verticals
Which specialties do you cover today?
Dental and medical aesthetics are live. Dermatology, psychiatry and behavioral health, and other practice-based specialties are next. Each vertical has its own field set and scoring criteria; the platform underneath is the same.
My specialty is not listed. Can you still help?
If your practice type runs on providers, rooms, and an owner whose exit is the deal, the engine can be configured to it. A new vertical is a new field set and a new buy box, not a new platform. Ask us.
Access and data
How do I get access?
By invitation. A short conversation about your criteria, geography, and timeline, then we provision a private room and send your login. There is no self-serve signup.
Who can see my pipeline?
You and the people you authorize. Every client works in an isolated room; nothing crosses between clients. Listings are anonymous until an NDA is signed with the seller.
Can I bring my own deal into the room?
Yes. A deal you source yourself is ingested, scored on practice quality, and shown against your buy box for reference. It is never penalized for arriving outside the engine's search.
Capital
Can you help finance an acquisition?
We can introduce you to lenders across every type of acquisition financing: traditional bank, business, SBA, equipment, and working capital. We assist with every kind of lending introduction. PC Analytics does not lend, does not broker securities, and does not give investment advice. Each lender underwrites on its own terms.
